Club & Academy Bulk Inquiries

We supply clubs, academies, schools, universities and leagues across Canada with squad kit and shared equipment at volume pricing. If you are buying for more than one player, do not order at retail — send us the list and we will quote it.

Who we work with

  • Clubs and leagues — match balls by the dozen, shared keeping kit, helmets, stumps, and team playing kit.
  • Academies and coaching programmes — training balls, nets, cones, coaching bats, and graded bat and pad ranges for a spread of player sizes.
  • Schools and universities — full starter sets sized across a student cohort, with certified helmets for junior play.
  • Camps and community programmes — hard-wearing entry-level kit built for shared use and high turnover.

What volume pricing looks like

Discounts scale with order value and are quoted per order rather than published as a fixed table — how far we can go depends on the brands and product mix, because manufacturer margins differ a lot between a senior English willow bat and a dozen training balls. What we can tell you up front:

  • Meaningful discounts start at around ten units or a few thousand dollars of order value.
  • Mixed orders count together — bats, pads, balls and bags all go toward the same total.
  • Repeat seasonal accounts get better pricing, and priority on pre-season stock.
  • Quotes are firm for 30 days.

What we can do beyond price

  • Size the order properly. Send us a player roster with heights and we will build the bat, pad, glove and helmet size split for you. Getting this right matters more to a squad than the last few percent of discount.
  • Pre-season reservation. Tell us your season dates and we will hold stock so you are not waiting on a restock in week one.
  • Split delivery. Ship in phases across a season, billed as shipped.
  • Team branding. Club-marked bats via laser engraving.
  • Purchase orders and invoicing. We work with school and university procurement processes, including PO-based ordering and net terms for established accounts.

  • Your organisation, your role, and the best phone number to reach you.
  • What you need — either specific products, or a description of the squad and what it is missing, and we will build the list.
  • Number of players and their approximate height range, if you want us to size it.
  • Your budget and the date you need it by.
  • Whether you need to purchase against a PO or on terms.

We come back with an itemised quote within two business days. Larger or more complex orders we would rather discuss directly — tell us the best number and time to reach you, and we will call.
