Custom Bat Laser Engraving

We laser-engrave bats with a player's name, a club crest, a squad number or a short inscription. It is a permanent mark cut into the willow — no ink, no sticker, nothing to peel off in the third over.

How it works

  1. Choose your bat from any of our bat ranges.
  2. Email akshayn1388@gmail.com with your order number, the exact text you want, and where on the bat you want it. For a logo or crest, attach the artwork.
  3. We send back a proof showing the layout and size on the bat. Nothing is cut until you approve it in writing.
  4. We engrave, then ship. Engraving adds 3–5 business days to dispatch.

Where we can engrave

  • Back of the blade — the usual choice, and the safest. Plenty of room for a name and number, and no effect on the hitting face.
  • Toe area of the back — discreet, good for a small name or initials.
  • Handle end / top of the splice — initials or a squad number only.

We do not engrave the face of the blade. Cutting into the hitting surface weakens the fibres exactly where the ball lands, and no manufacturer will honour a warranty claim on a bat engraved on its face.

Specifications

  • Text — up to 30 characters per line, up to two lines. Block or script typefaces available; we will show both on the proof if you are undecided.
  • Artwork — vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the best result. A high-contrast PNG at 1000 px or more usually works. Fine gradients and photographs do not engrave well; single-colour line art does.
  • Size — up to about 60 mm wide for a crest, and 8–15 mm character height for text.
  • Finish — the laser darkens the willow to a deep brown. On a pre-covered bat we engrave the willow itself, so tell us if the bat already has an anti-scuff sheet fitted and we will work around it.

Pricing

Priced per bat according to the complexity of the engraving and quoted with your proof — a single line of text is at the low end, a detailed multi-element club crest at the high end. Club and academy orders of five bats or more with the same artwork are priced per bat at a significant discount, since the setup is done once. See club and academy inquiries.

Before you order — please read

  • Engraved bats are final sale. A personalised bat cannot be resold, so it is not covered by our return policy. Confirm your size and weight before engraving, not after.
  • Check the proof carefully. Once you approve it we cut what is on it. Spelling, capitalisation and numbers are yours to verify.
  • Manufacturer warranty is unaffected for engraving on the back of the blade, done by us. It does not cover the engraving itself, and engraving elsewhere on the bat — particularly the face — voids it.
  • Artwork rights. By sending us a logo or crest you confirm you have the right to have it reproduced. We will decline third-party trademarks and manufacturer logos without written permission.
